GETECH’s range of brake testers has consistently enabled MOT testers to focus on the quality of the test rather than the operation of the equipment. The latest generation of connected systems has been designed with the same principle in mind, ensuring excellent test repeatability and straightforward, intuitive operation.
The GETECH GE2, GE4-C, and GE7-C brake roller testers all feature industrial-grade onboard processors, removing the need for external PCs. This delivers a significant step forward in reliability, providing the “bullet-proof” performance that GETECH equipment is known for.
All brake testers are supplied as standard with fully digital displays that are large and clear enough to be viewed from the full length of the testing bay, eliminating the need for secondary displays.
For installation flexibility, displays can also be wall-mounted for a clean and aesthetically pleasing finish, with additional options available for pedestal mounting and wall swing brackets.
All models are bi-directional (4x4 capable), infra-red remote controlled, and supplied as standard with roller covers and a floor frame insert.
In addition, GETECH offers a fully modular product design. All brake tester models either include an integrated weighing facility as standard or offer the option to add it at a later stage. This allows MOT bays to develop over time in line with business growth, helping to minimise initial start-up costs while preserving full upgrade flexibility for future expansion.
